The Future

To work on the centre in Ruai as a self-sufficient development project, creating more jobs in the area for local people and people wishing to make a new life for themselves out of the slums.

Stars of Hope is working on a football project and will be buying land next to the centre to use as a football pitch, providing amusement and training for those who want to escape the slums at the weekend and for the children to have more space to run around in.

In the UK Stars of Hope will continue to run events that benefit the general public and work towards promoting the idea that by broadening people's experiences can help others in the process.

There are plans to initiate HIV/AIDS programmes that can be adapted in both Kenya and the UK, by working in partnerships with other agencies.

A programme that will offer volunteers the opportunity to receive qualified training is also being initiated.

Stars of Hope is a LTD company and is currently undergoing charity registration process.
